The so-called frame pasting, also known as mouth adhesive pasting, refers to the simple use of double-sided adhesive to fix the four sides of the touch screen and display screen. This is also the pasting method currently used by most displays. Its advantages are simple technology and low cost. However, due to the presence of an air layer between the display screen and the touch screen, the display effect is greatly reduced after light refraction, which is the biggest drawback of frame pasting. In addition, using the box pasting method, there is a gap between the two layers, so our screen will encounter the phenomenon of entering gray. Mature technology, stable yield rate, and simple replacement method give the frame sticker the greatest advantages. It also has a characteristic of thick screen, and the overall body cannot be lightweight. There are gaps, and dust is the biggest enemy. In addition, the reflective effect of the panel and glass on the frame is more obvious, and the display effect is relatively poor. At present, frame mounted screens are widely used in various products.

Advantages: The frame sticker has a lower cost and is easy to replace.

Disadvantages: The reflection between the frame display panel and the glass is obvious, and the display effect is poor.

Full adhesion refers to the use of water glue or optical glue to completely adhere the panel and touch screen together in a seamless manner, omitting the air layer between the display screen and touch screen, making the screen thickness thinner. Due to the lack of air layer, the loss of light is reduced, which will save more electricity under the same brightness requirements; Similarly, a full fit will reduce the amount of reflection, reduce the reflection of incident light, and make the screen clearer. Compared to frame stickers, it can provide better display effects. At present, full fit technology is mainly divided into the following types: In Cell technology, OnCell technology, and OGS technology.

Advantages: Full fit provides a perfect visual effect, making it look more beautiful, reducing the chance of entering gray, making the screen more transparent, enhancing the display effect, and also making the screen thinner. Full fit is more aesthetically pleasing and practical.

Disadvantages: The yield of full fit technology is low, the cost is relatively expensive, and once damaged, the entire screen needs to be replaced.
